Our modification was handled poorly. We received no explanation on why an attorney was speaking to my wife on a last document for modification, as they were sending us an email that it was Too Late to do anything for us. We were told to answer phone calls and look for emails for that weekend. The attorney told us this well after she had sent out the Too Late email?

Stars don't say enough about the level of care taken by Sally Mirabella and her team to make sure everything is done right . The only reason they got 5 stars is because that is as high as the rating system goes. In my book they are a 10.

Mr. Wyatt was great. He always responded to my questions and he followed through with my bankruptcy. My case was unusual in that it took extra trips to the courthouse, and he was readily available. His staff took extra time to ensure all paperwork was in order.
