Sheridan Green is a very knowledgeable, well-educated, and personable attorney. He came highly recommended to us within the Immigration Law community. We initially called Sheridan in the early evening, and he answered! He took time to listen to the details of our case, asking questions and showing a sincere interest. We followed up with him the following day with a few more questions and the specifics of how to proceed. Our case seemed complicated to others, but Sheridan focused on the details of what was being asked and what was needed for an Intent to Deny. Sheridan, without a doubt, is one of the best EB-1a immigration lawyers out there. He was referred to me by a friend who had got his EB-1a petition approved through him. One of the things that struck me in my first conversation, was his attention to detail. He took his time to understand my background and made an assessment to see if I stood a chance. Within a day of our first meeting, I signed a contract with him. All the steps after that were performed judiciously and expediently. He spent a lot of hours working with me to make sure the case was explained in his case summary. (We had a lot of email conversations as well as phone calls to discuss the case). I had my green card within 8 months after my initial contact with him (3 months after i140 approval). This includes the i140 application and approval, the i485 application, fingerprinting, green card approval, and receipt. Boy, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would definitely refer him to anybody who wishes to file an EB-1a application without batting an eyelid.
