I don't even know where to begin, when I hired Courtney & her assistant Christy... I had a default divorce put against me. I was at a moment in my life where I thought everything was over. She stayed calm, cool & collective. She never made me feel anxious, nervous or doubt anything during the entire process. My ex-husband took my son June 14th (the day I hired Courtney) & Courtney was able to get him back for me July 4th, a new court date July 8th & the default divorce was thrown out & we were able to start with a clean slate. She works with EXTREME urgency. The day of court, she was extremely confident walking into the courtroom, to the point where my ex-husbands attorney text him & said "Your ex-wife hired a vicious lawyer". She ran circles around his attorney during court, and who would have guessed, later that day his attorney was no longer on the case & he hired another firm. If that doesn't make you feel good & accomplished! Furthermore - during the 3-week span of waiting for the new court date, Christy her assistant always kept me up to date with any & all new news. My calls & emails were always promptly answered & Christy is always on top with messages to Courtney. I was never left confused or wondering where anything was during the entire thing!! I cannot express enough how much I owe to Courtney & Christy for getting me out of the mess my ex husband had created. My case is still very much not over & they diligently guide & coach me on whats best. If you are going through a nasty divorce or custody battle, this firm is your saving grace & security blanket. I couldn't have made a better choice in my life to have chosen Courtney & Christy!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Wish I could give 10 stars!!! I did lots of research to find an attorney to handle a family law matter, and knew without a doubt Kaisand Law was the right decision. Courtney is amazing- I cannot sing her praises enough! Highly recommend her!!!

Courtney is top notch and the best of the best! I'm a father, and she helped me gain primary custody of my twin boys after a long drawn out custody battle with my ex. What I appreciate most about Courtney is the time, effort and PASSION she placed on my case, knowing she has many other cases to tend to. Her knowledge of family law is invaluable, always explaining details in an understandable way. Her demeanor is one of calmness and kindness, yet she still manages to tell me what I need to hear even though it may not be easy to hear. I truly believe my boys and their best interests mattered to her. I think the cost of this 16 month case was very fair and reasonable, even if we hadn't won. Courtney commits countless hours to communication with opposing counsel and quality trial prep. Every penny is worth her efforts. Courtney also represented me in my divorce 4 years ago, and her professionalism then was equally impressive. It's my opinion that you can't go wrong hiring Courtney as your lawyer. She truly is a silver lining.

This lawfirm is amazing. I was greeted by an amazing secretary when I called in who quickly grabbed my situation and was eager to help. She also rushed to calm me down since I was in a state of panic. She grabbed my information and told me that she would have the Attorney reach out to me in less then an hour. Furthermore, in about 10 minutes of getting off the call. The Attorney (Mrs. Hernandez) quickly grabbed my situation. Asked specific question about and advised me exactly what to do. She also stated that I don’t have to worry, she would be right there in case she needed to be. Mrs. Hernandez was directed with her instruction. Also, her intentions were so pure. She rushed to offer help and said to call her back at anytime. AND THE BIGGEST THING. Unlike most attorney that try to get you in the office and make a case our of nothing for financial gain. Mrs. Hernandez kept assuring me that I don’t have to worry about this being a case since its so small. You could see she genuinely wanted to help and avoid charging me.

I am so thankful I had Courtney on my side while fighting my child custody battle. She was there every step of the way and we won the case. She is smart, strong and caring. She has an angel face with just the right amount of grrrr attitude to let you know she means business. I loved everything about my experience while working with Courtney.
