Awful experience ended up firing the Bolton Lawfirm. They are not least bit worried about what’s important but they sure don’t mind keeping track of unnecessary charges. File maintenance, two weeks update calls that were 1 min long got charged for 15 mins, getting charged for their mess ups, incorrect wording on first papers, not being there for the first hearing scheduling a second while I was 600 miles away at work. These are all facts went through 3 different lawyers representing the law firm one of which supposedly had health issues and I’m sure the second quit she was brand new. Anyways do yourself a favor and hire someone else to represent you and your family!

They took my money ($350 for 30mins) for a consultation on 9/12/23 with Madeline which I never heard back from. I called and emailed several times after another week of waiting only to have Madeline contact me to apologize for the delays and promise immediate next steps. Needless to say, that never happened either. Why collect my money and waste my time acting like you cared to help when you clearly did not have the bandwidth or expertise needed for my case? It was quite frustrating, unfair and unprofessional.

Mrs. Vernier, her daughter, Brooke Barry, and Denise were all instrumental in assisting me with my divorce. We were able to work through a myriad of issues together as a team, the advice and determination from Mrs. Vernier's team was invaluable. Mrs. Vernier's team stood by my side throughout the entire process, assisted/advised, and directed me in more ways than I could imagine. I'd HIGHLY recommend anyone looking toward a divorce mountain to climb, to work with this great group of women. They're tenacious, and able to secure a fair and reasonable outcome. Thank you again, ladies for all the support.

Ruth and her team did a great job representing me. I am a single father whose children live with their mother and a string of "uncles". My oldest daughter turned 12 and my other daughter was 7 and both asked to live with me. I went to several lawyers until I found Vernier and Associates and immediately hired her and the team. The battle went on for 4 1/2 yrs. Ruth proved that I am a good father and that I provide for my kids. The court system did not care and the Judge decided to leave the kids where they were. I learned that if both parents are good the court system does not care about your kids and what they want. Ruth did a great job and kept the judge from taking all my assets. The original possession order stands with only a small change in child support. (sixty days later and my ex is getting her second divorce after me, making her total of 4 divorces).
