I hired Sally to help me obtain legal guardianship of my mother who had Alzheimer's. Over the past 3 1/2 years, Sally's legal expertise was invaluable as we went through the court's complex guardianship process. But equally important was her kindness, sympathy and wise advice through all the ups and downs of caring for my mother.
I am beyond grateful to know that with Sally's help, I was able to take good care of my mother during her final journey and be a good steward of her financial resources.
I would not hesitate to refer Sally to anyone seeking legal help as they care for their parents.

My husband and I hired Sally Mirabella to draw up new wills and other documents. We got excellent explanations about every document so that we could make decisions. She cares deeply about people and about doing what is right for you and your personal situation. Smart, knowledgable, and dedicated. I highly recommend Sally.

I came to Sally after the unexpected death of my father recently. Unfortunately, he was the primary caretaker and power-of-attorney over my mother due to medical issues of her own. Sally immediately helped designate myself as POA over my mom to ensure any critical decisions regarding her health or financial needs could be dealt with as smoothly as possible. As I began to tie up loose ends in my father's estate, that POA proved invaluable while claiming benefits and dealing with other various institutions on behalf of my mom.
On top of handling the POA, Sally identified the need to go through Estate Administration to ensure the seamless transition of assets owned by my father. I also had major concerns and anxiety regarding years of unpaid taxes my father left behind. Sally could sense the pressure it was having on me and reached out to a CPA she knew on my behalf. After sitting down with the accountant, within 15 minutes I had a much better feeling about the situation and what future steps we needed to take. Since my parents filed their taxes jointly and my mom can't physically talk to the IRS, the Estate Administration and POA have enabled me to act on her behalf in that regard as well.
Overall, Sally has been an amazing ear to have at all times. She kept me updated through every step of the process, and I never felt on my own while dealing with the estate. Being in a vulnerable position after the death of a parent with no will can be quite intimidating, but I have been completely comfortable and beyond satisfied with Sally's services.
Thank You!

Sally Mirabella’s legal work is high quality, thorough and she follows every detail to completion. She worked diligently with the State of Texas to obtain approval for my aging Mother to receive Medicaid benefits. She even traveled to meet my Mother in the nursing home. Sally continues to handle the annual renewal process required by the state in order for my Mother to maintain her Medicaid benefits. I was so impressed with Sally’s knowledge of the law and her professionalism that I have since hired her as my personal estate lawyer. She is an excellent lawyer.

Sally and the entire team at Wyatt & Mirabella are professional, knowledgeable and by far the best attorneys regarding elder law and all aspects of one’s medical care and financial needs during aging. From the moment my mother and I met with Sally and her team we felt so comfortable. Sally has such patience when explaining the law and how it effects seniors which is such an asset when dealing with senior citizens. She is by far way ahead of other attorneys in her expertise with wills, Ladybird deeds, trusts and even advice on care for elders. Speaking of care, I had the misfortune to suffer a very severe migraine during one meeting and the entire staff took care of me, made sure I had medical care and even followed up the following day to see if I was alright. I can’t imagine having anyone else to guide us through our needs as we age. I trust Sally and her team with everything; and have, and would recommend her to anyone searching for a lawyer/law firm with knowledge, integrity and kindness. I can’t thank her enough.

I can't say enough about the Legal and emotional help we got from Wyatt & Mirabella.
My 94 year old father needing help with his 90 year old wife in a Nursing Home. She has been there for 7 years and will be there for many more years.
While we are so relieved in life that we have many more years with both, the financial burden is tremendous.
Sally A. Mirabella is very knowledgeable of the laws, gave us the information and legal advice we needed.
She also is very kind which in these matters of the the heart are very much appreciated.
More than once, in my panic over the overwhelming paper trail, she calmed us and helped us get back on track.
We could not have found a better legal team and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Cost were affordable and did everything she said she would do with no additional cost added on.
Also complements to staff
Tiffany & Paula.
My name is Janice Lenz
and is was more than we could have hoped for.

My mother and I both needed to update some legal documents, and Sally and her team were a wonderful "discovery." In every meeting, they clearly explained complicated processes, advised us on the basis of our individual needs, made invaluable suggestions, and helped us through some difficult situations. Sally's experience, attention to detail, and empathy, along with her comprehensive knowledge of the law, gave us great confidence, which never wavered throughout our interactions. Her team, especially Tiffany and Paula, who also worked with us, were also wonderfully knowledgable, helpful, and kind. All of us are very thankful for the expertise and consideration we received from Sally and her amazing team.

Reality set in when my dad had a stroke and was life-flighted to the hospital. I didn't know where to begin to get legal documents in order for my parents, and how to protect my mother financially. I can't thank the Lord enough for leading me to Wyatt and Mirabella. Sally, and the entire staff, patiently worked with me, my mother, and my family. Sally's follow-up was, and is, continuous, and her interest is my family, not billing hours.
