I personally couldn't have asked for better. Ms Evan was a million times better than my expectations. My process was very drawn out and to put it, just miserable. I highly recommend.

I just called and they are not the type of attorney that I need . A lady named Leah took the time to listen to my issue and text me 4 different names and their contact info of who that they recommend....

A huge “Thank you” to Evan Barat. She was assigned as an amicus atty for my husband’s adult disabled non-verbal son. She is fair, honest, understanding and responds quickly to calls and emails. What a true blessing to have someone that is fair to both parties and her concern and welfare and best interest of the child. We appreciate all of her understanding of the situation and her recommendations that were in the best interest for most importantly the adult disabled child and all parties involved.

I will give credit where it's due: when I closed my account with them, my deposit was returned quickly. The paralegal/legal assistants are also great. Otherwise, I had an awful experience. I'm going through a mess right now, entirely due to Steve and Chelsea's failure to advocate for me or communicate with me properly. Four months of my time gone. Money wasted. Now I'm stuck racing the clock to take care of something that should have been handled months ago. I'm very surprised by how things turned out. This seems like a reputable firm, and I'm sure they do good work then they have a mind to. I don't know what happened other than they couldn't admit they were too busy for my case. When I wasn't getting any substantial communication from them, I even gave them an easy out and let them know if they were too busy, to just let me know and I'd find other representation. They couldn't even respect me enough to do that. I'm sure they have their own perspective on things, but what I'm going through now due to their negligence is real. Maybe they do right by lots of other clients, but they truly let me down.

Frank was very professional and knowledgeable with handling my case. He kept me and my family informed at all times and he was proficient when answering our questions! 10/10 I would recommend!

My experience with the Barat Firm was better than I could have expected. I say this because I have never had to use a law firm in a situation like I had to in this case, but from hearing and seeing in other people's cases like mine I have never heard of a case turning out as good as mine did. I also want to thank the Barat Firm for being so nice and professional during this period of my needs .I even had an issue after my case was complete and was told if I had an issue after like I did,to call and they would help me with my issue, and that is exactly what they did, so again thank you!. I would recommend to anyone with a case like mine to definitely call the Barat Firm and see if they can help you as well! Thank you again you helped me more than you know. I needed everything that you were able to get for me even though I felt I deserved it. I know in most cases , I would not have received as much as I did.
