He started working immediately after I hired him, he did exactly what he said he would do. Not only did he work out my situation but he also answered every question, I would consider hiring him again. You may see a review about him “ talking some kind of way” but truthfully he’s just doing his job. You don’t pay an attorney to be your buddy, you pay them to do a job. I have no complaints - A. Atty Patteson was so great. He got our Will done within 24 hrs. Guiding us every step of the way the do's and don't. Atty Patteson was so professional and let's not forget about his secretary so was very helpful and caring. Atty Patteson fees was not as expensive as the other attorneys. He made sure all our bases was covered. I would definitely use him again. And if you're reading this it's my opinion that you should hire him also.

Great attorney, highly recommend Richard. He helped us through the legal process of losing both of our parents this year in 2023 and the handling of their will and estate. Again, I highly recommend Richard! To continue, 7-8 mos later today on 5/15/24, I emailed Richard about getting an EIN number for my Dad's estate since we didn't do it during the probate process. He emailed me back, then called me and filed for an EIN number with the IRS during our phone conversation. A few minutes later, I had an EIN number in my email from Richard. All at NO charge, I might add. So again, you can see why I highly recommend Richard Patteson to handle your legal issues!

Richard went above and beyond his responsibilities in helping me with my Uncle's estate. I live in another state, and so he not only walked me through what was necessary for probate court, but also helped me with the sale of my uncle's car that was located in Texas.
