I went to Mrs. Rachael Griffith for recovery of custody case regarding my grandchildren, and could not have been happier! I consulted with multiple attorneys before Rachel, but the confidence and sincerity she and her staff displayed in our initial meeting made my choice easy, and she ended up being everything you could want in an attorney. Outside of the courtroom, she was genuine and trustworthy while inside the courtroom she was composed and prepared. Any court battle will be stressful, but having Rachael sitting next to you in the courtroom will bring a sense of calm. She will fight for you until the end and put in the effort to build your case. Unlike many attorneys, Rachael will communicate with you extensively before trial to make sure you are prepared and to ensure a solid game plan. Her paralegal was also terrific and both had great communication with me throughout my case. The respect Rachael commands within the court system along with her experience with family law was apparent in my hearing. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and their realistic impression of my case. Rachael and her office staff worked very hard to assure that all of her t's were crossed and i's were dotted. While Rachael does NOT sugarcoat anything, she is a realist. I went through a very difficult custody case, and her staff walked me through the process and was crucial in helping my family and me during this very emotional time. I respect Rachael for her honesty, integrity, and realism. Everything Rachael advised me at our initial consultation took place. I not only won my case but now have a permanent order in place to protect my granddaughters. I HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Griffith to anyone. My case was twisted and complicated filled with lies. She took the time to listen to me. (This was AFTER I used two attorneys that did not care about my case but most certainly took my money, overcharged me and did the bare minimum). If you are looking for a family lawyer who communicates, will shoot straight with you, is knowledgeable about the law, has reasonable fees, and isn't afraid to take on aggressive lawyers like Lisa Moran.... Bill is your guy. After my ex began violating our custody agreement and denying my visitation rights, he disappeared with our son for 9 months, then decided to take me to court to try and strip me of as many of my rights as he could. I scraped what money I could together, got a small loan and began looking for a lawyer. Most of them wanted about 5k just to get started, and I couldn't afford that. Just as I was about ready to give up the search and attempt to go to court without a lawyer, my mother came across Bill on Google. After reading other reviews, I decided it was worth a shot to go in for a consultation, and I'm so glad I did. Bill took what felt like a hopeless situation and turned it into a victory. I cannot ever thank him enough for what he did for my child and myself. I don't even want to know how things would have turned out without him. I now have more visitation with my child than I did in my previous custody agreement. My child support did not change. My ex had to pay a portion of my attorney fees to avoid being held in contempt of court on multiple counts. If you need a family lawyer, GO SEE BILL ROSENSTEIN!

Great fast hardworking lawyer!

I found Mrs.Griffith when I realized that I was going to need a divorce lawyer, and asked a friend who had just gone through one. My friend said her lawyer was okay, but she would recommend the opposing counsel, who was Mrs.Griffith. I am very grateful that I listened to my friend's advice and retained Mrs.Griffith. She and her office have been very responsive throughout the whole process. Most times that I've had to reach out to her I hear back within the same day, if not hours. I finally feel like I have the support I need in my corner, which speaks volumes when you're dealing with a bully. I can't think of anything negative that I could say about Mrs.Griffith and her office. They are true blessings, and I would highly recommend her.

Rachael Griffith and law office staff are currently working with me on an adult guardianship case over the course of 2 years. Rachael has a professional relationship with the county clerks office as well as the judge and court staff. All Motions and filings were accurate and timely with no postponements or cancelations due to Rachael's schedule. The yearly guardianship recertification was completed on time as well. All legal billing has been fair and accurate. I give Rachael a very strong recommendation.
