Friendly, courteous, and professional staff.

It has taken me a year to write this review. I definitely would not use this firm again. I never got to even meet with an attorney. I had questions and called in but was told not to call them, they would call me each month. That didn't happen. I finally got a call a couple of months later but they thought they had a different client to tell about a doctor appointment. I told them that wasn't me and then they finally started to call me each month. I was very disappointed with the settlement and when I questioned it they said that is was a good one but no one ever asked me what I was even looking for. No one even negotiated for me. I never knew who my attorney was until I got the letter to sign off to pay them.
