Wouldn't even return my phone call or even meet with me. I was not even worth a return call back.

Promised to get alot taken care of and off records. My daughter got in trouble with another girl, the other girl did not retain a lawyer and got the same outcome. He told us she only got a year probation if she did everything she was supposed to do which was not true. When I called him about it,he acted like he didn't even know who we were. Started out very nice,got our money, and then it went sour.

We have known Chuck a long time and have been great friends. He has handled all of our issues promptly and efficiently and we would recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney. Five stars !!!

It's been several years now, but still makes makes me mad today. Blatantly lied to me about "work" he was doing on my case ( Accidentally had a knife in my luggage at the airport🤦‍♂️) First and only time I had ever been in trouble with the law and paid him $3,500 upfront. I had been stressing out about the outcome for months. When I couldn't get in contact with him I started calling around for information on the case only to find out it had been dropped on its own 3-4 months ago. Finally was able to contact Mr. Cowan and asked him how the case was going, he said " I spoke with so-and-so yesterday, nothing yet, but it's looking good"..... I then called him out on his lie and asked for proof that he had done even the slightest bit of work on my case. He said I sounded irate on the phone and would call the cops if I attempted to visit his office🤦‍♂️😡. That scared me (coming from what was supposed to be (my lawyer)), even if I tried to complain to someone else about this he would probably win in the end, I figured it'd be for the best to just leave that lier (*lawyer*) alone. Never received any information about the case and even though it's been many years, it still makes me angry.
