Got a great insight regarding my issue with my HOA through a phone consult with Mr Healy. Mr. Healy typically work for HOA's, but with me being on the other side it gave me great insight into what the HOA is also trying to do when in a dispute with residents. He also provided great insight into some of the facts of my case and the legal ramifications. Although I did not hire him due to the immediacy of may case and geographic proximity, I found him honest and highly knowledgeable regarding situations similar to mine.
