Erick is a very sympathetic and very helpful lawyer he helped get a few year deferred probation on a felony possession charge instead of the 180 days to 5 years in jail and whilst probation sucks it is way better than jail or the charge itself would do on my record

Said I would not do any prison. Was offered 10 years by DA. Platten declined and got me 40 years. Took my money and did nothing to earn it. Stay away.

Mr Platten is hands down GREAT in my book !!! I give him 100 stars ! My family member was arrested 62 days ago and was sitting in Anderson county jail with no Indictment. Motions were filed by Mr Platten mid May just had the hearing on6/24 however they wanted a Continuous due to they had no witness . Mr Platten asked the court to hear the case . He got her released with no bond restrictions!!!
