Sinclair Law Office employs warm, friendly and kind attorneys (and has some canine greeters every once in a while too!). I worked with Kristen Senkyr to draft a final decree of divorce. She listened to my needs and responded quickly to questions and made the process as painless as it could be. I would highly recommend Kristen and Sinclair in general for your family law needs.

They are getting 2 stars instead of one because they did their job, but they are mainly getting 2 stars instead of 5 because of the 6+ months they dragged their feet to finalize an adoption. They recommended a surveyor to come out who took close to 6 months to get their paperwork turned into them. All along they are charging as if they’re doing work, but as they informed us they were waiting on the paperwork from the person THEY recommended. Then the adoption is finalized and they forgot to put the child’s middle name on any of the documents so they have to fix THEIR error and end up charging more because they failed to do their job correctly in the first place. As I said they FINALLY did what they were hired to do, but it took them over a year to complete it and they charged way more than they initially quoted because of recommendations and mistakes they made. What they charged to fix their mistake they didn’t inform they were charging until after they fixed it. Seems like a highly shady business practice to me. I’d save your money and go to a law firm that stands behind its competency and doesn’t charge clients for the lawyer’s mistakes.

Brian Shambock , has a family law license but no charisma to use it. Paid in full up front $6,700 and within the next two meetings sent a bill for an additional $6,000 . Sinclair firm recommend this associate from their firm to defend a father's rights. He did nothing but milk the case for money and request to be removed from the case. Sat down in court! Did not defend .... Why say you practice law and defend father's rights .... Two thumbs down.

Mr. Sinclair is simply amazing. He did an astounding job of representing me in my divorce case. He goes above and beyond his duties to make sure you have a rock solid case. He is more expensive, but he is well worth the cost! I am so thankful I was recommended to him. I highly recommend him if you have a complicated or difficult case.
