He only cares about money, he will overcharge, and under deliver on legal services, and continue to charge you. He’s a complete pos.

He does not care about the people and never will. Would rather take kickbacks and money instead of holding people responsible for their jobs

Cleaning the name of the people who did nothing at Robb Elementary and the City of Uvalde.

Want to give 0 stars. Do not hire this law firm for divorce or child custody. After l paid him 5000 he threaten to quit if he didn't get more money. Turned out the husband had to pay attorneys fees so he was all happy. He is prejudiced against the mentally disabled. Does not return phone calls, no response to emails, texts or requests for meetings. He threaten to quit several times because client had concerns about court orders. Refused to honor clients request for witnesss and relevant documents and information to be presented to court. Attitude is condescending, disrespectful and pompous. At the request of his client I was supposed to attend a meeting in hopes of convincing his client to remain in Uvalde to be near her daughter. Tarski refused my participation and threaten to call the police to have me removed. My boss, Rachel Gonzalez of Our Health Clinic kindly gave me the time off to attend meeting. I am well known and respected in the community and Tarshis behavior is not being well received. Do not hire this lawyer@!!!

From the beginning it has always been about the money! First five thousand was spent asking questions of him and getting charged $300.00 an hour for it. Don't ask him anything or else. Next $25,000 was spent on losing. Losing money, losing visitation rights, losing custody of a child! It only matters that he gets his fees paid. Told me to leave the state or my girlfriend's daughter would be taken from her. I plan to file a complaint with the Texas Bar Association on Tarski. DO NOT HIRE THIS CHARLATAN!! The latest as of August 20, 2020. Alexandra Wegerzyn quit representing my fiance because of my post here and on Yelp. She said they were very upsetting, not that they aren't true. I offered to take them down if my brother and I received a formal apology from, her father Paul Tarski. That's when she quit! Latest update. June 1, 2023 Alexandra is the City attorney for Uvalde. Poor Uvalde, you get what you pay for!! Request for records at the PD goes through her. She punts to the Attorney General that was just removed from office for corruption, interesting. Collaborates with the PD to block access to Open Records!
