I dealt with Mr. John Griffin. After under going discrimination and harassment in my work place I was under extreme stress. Mr. Griffin helped me get the justice I deserved while making my husband and I feel like family! I will forever be greatful for the work he did for us!

My divorce and custody case was settled over 10 years ago. When I sought the legal services of this law firm, I was naive and entrusted them with my case. During the process, I asked many questions and trusted the “expert” responses provided to me. Years later, learned the legal advice provided was WRONG and very misguided. This negligence costs me thousands of dollars and lost time with my child I can never get back. PLEASE…always get 2nd opinions even if the attorney is highly recommended and has great reviews.

What to keep in mind if you choose to work with David Griffin: he will not represent you fairly, nor will he disclose all information to you about your case that he says he has handled. In my case I was hit by a drunk driver, and needed to sue for my losses… somehow David failed to mention a ticket that the State Trooper gave to me (that was not presented to me on the night of the wreck). He suggested I just take defensive driving since he assumed the ticket had just “gone away”. Makes sense, right? (No). When I made the decision to fight the ticket (for making an “unsafe turn”) David dropped me as a client and said he would not represent me for not wanting to pay for a ticket that was not warranted. So I represented myself, and I won my case single handedly without his “professional” help. Saved me the cost of defensive driving or just paying out the ticket.

I felt that the $200 spent on my consultation was robbed. She was not well educated on the information I was seeking. I need child international travel and she said she had never done a case like mine before. She couldn’t hold a good conversation, stuttering the whole time, while trying to look up information she should of already done before speaking to me. no care and regards to our problem was felt from her. She shouldn’t charge for that type of advice.
