He is very good. This is my 2nd time that he is helping me. He got me a great deal the 1st time and working on a great one this time. He works with you on your problems. He is a great lawyer to have for any reason. Jennifer is so helpful with questions and she finds out the answers if she doesn't know. Very good lawyer firm. And now very close to the courthouse.

Cody explains everything truthfully, he tells you what he will and can do with honesty. And his secretary is the best at keeping you informed about your upcoming court dates...if ever in trouble in Waco I recommend Cody and his team 100 percent!

Very disappointed.....he talked a good positive game on getting a simple ball charge dropped In order for someone to be in court a month n half later. Didn't happen....now it's a finalized mess....he doesn't return calls...his receptionist is rude...he is a liar. Will not recommend him to anyone else or ever use him again. Judicial system sucks right along with the rest of the government in this country.

I retired from the pharmaceutical industry in 2007 after 30 years. At the time of my retirement I had reached the level of regional sales director. In 2009 I began working with special tiremed students as a substitute and then, in 2016, I started full time as an aide at an elementary school, working with students who had behavior issues. Over a 9 year period I built up an exellent reputation. In October of 2018, I was assigned to a different school. After 2 1/2 weeks I was involved in an incident with one of the behavior kids. I didn't think much of the incident, but was called to see principal and was fired from my position. I was totally shocked by the firing. Even after the firing, I coninued to work for the school district for the next 4 1/2 months at athletic events. On March 1, 2019, I got in touch with a Hewitt police detective who had called me. She said there was a warrent for my arrest on charge of injury to a child. en tried to find. I turned myself in, spent a night in jail, and then began looking for a lawyer. I spoke with several attorneys and decided on Cody Cleveland. I retained Cody as my attorney and went to see him for the 1st time. I took all the information I had previously discussed with him and he remembered all the facts we discussed at our initial consultation. More importantly, Cody told me he woulld be proactive in getting information to DA's ofice prior to the date that the grand jury would decide whether or not to indict me. Most of the attorneys I talked to discussed plea deals. I didn't want a plea deal because a felony record would prohibit me from working as an official of track, baseball, and volleyball. Also, I would NEVER be able to work with children again. Cody WAS proactive and was able to show the DA that I didn't do what I was accused of. The grand jury met and decided to "no bill" my warrant. They dropped my charges. Had it not been for Cody, there's a good chance I would have been indicted. I'll be forever grateful to Cody Cleveland for taking my case and for giving me my life back. Cody Cleveland did exactly what he said he could do. I am extremely satisfied with the service and personal experience with his office. Jennifer his legal assistant and office manager is always very helpful and friendly. I don't make it a habit to need an attorney, but I will stick with Mr. Cleveland for any and all future needs.
