“If you are looking for an attorney/law firm that keeps their word and follows through, who cares about your case or the end result, and responds in a timely manner (or AT ALL)….this is NOT the law-firm for you!! These people NEVER respond.”

Difficult to communicate with the attorneys and staff
“If I could give Ms.Ryan a zero I would. She does not care about your case once you sign with her. She will never call you back, but just in case she does be prepared to receive a bill for talking to you on the phone.”
