The front desk receptionist "Ms. Helen" was very rude. I was seeking legal advice for a matter and got referred by another law office because they did not handle the type of case I needed. When screening the call to see if they could be of some of assistance she raised her voice over the phone, and over talked me as if I was bothering her, or as if she was getting annoyed. I politely asked her not to raise her voice at me and before having the ability to answer the previous question she informed me that "she was sorry and that she could not refer me to the right place", in my mid-sentence. I told her thank you and hung up. When I gained my composer, I called back and ask to speak with her supervisor/ boss and she acted as if I had asked a very unintelligent question by asking "what do you mean my boss". I stated the question again and she in formed me that Betty Denton was her boss. At this time she asked "what she could do to assist me", and I informed her that I wanted to make a formal complaint against her, and I asked her, her name. She told me her name was Helen and that she screen all calls, so I would not be able to talk to Ms. Denton. I then requested to know when I could call again and convey my issues to Ms. Denton, and she told me that "Ms. Denton is in court today and I screen all calls so you won't be able to talk to her unless you are a client. I told her that she would not allow me to finish to answer previous questions to see if I could be a potential candidate to be a client. She said "well I'm terminating the conversation". I told her that's fine I'll will be up there to file the formal complaint personally and then hung up. -Nice nasty at its finest.
