David Fanning is a consummate professional. He is well-versed in the law. He works hard and it shows. My divorce/child custody case was a tough one, the other plaintiff had the funds for a long and arduous fight. I started off with a lawyer, whom was highly sought. Once I was getting nowhere and the case was looming for over 2 years, I started looking for another lawyer. I was referred to David Fanning and it was a blessing. We had a meeting, he couldn't understand why we hadn't already been to court. He set a court date, debated in court, done and over, a win all-around, papers signed and could move on with my life. A few more court cases from same child custody came about, David Fanning didn't bat an eyelash to defend. Outcomes have been amazing. I would use David Fanning again and again. I hired Mr. Fanning to represent me in a custody/child support matter. I went into the situation wondering if my rights as a father would be given to me fairly. I needed a Personal Will done immediately before leaving the country, and the staff was very friendly and understanding and quickly scheduled an appointment that day. The attorney I met, Jennings Kennady, explained everything to me and was able to put together a comprehensive Will ready for me to sign the next day. Excellent services, and I recommend them highly.
