I am very grateful for Attorney Jason Milam. I opted to use his services instead of the court appointed lawyer. I could not be happier, because not only did I get very desirable results in my case, but he was extremely effective and quick to act when any complications occured. First off, I never thought that I would be in a position to where I would need to hire a lawyer. When it came time for that I couldn’t have been more lucky to come across Milam and Fanning, in particular Jason Milam. What I thought was going to be a very difficult process turned in to be a very smooth one. From the beginning, his paralegal Laura was very informative and walked me through every detail and reassured me that everything would be okay. If I ever had any questions, they were answered and explained in detail for me to understand. I truly believe that they wanted to help me in the best way possible. Very affordable I might add as that is another thing I learned very quickly is a huge thing when looking for an attorney. I can’t thank them enough for everything that they did for me during one of the harder things I’ve dealt with in my life. I highly recommend Milam and Fanning!

Cade was great! He helped me with my custody case and the outcome was exactly what I wanted! Not every case is the exact same, but most know in Texas it’s difficult for dads to get what they want. Couldn’t have done it without him! Definitely recommend 10/10

The Milam and Fanning Law Firm has been absolutely amazing on my case! I originally had an attorney out of Austin that would wait weeks to follow up with opposing counsel. Since my divorce was getting dragged out, I decided to hire a local attorney to finalize the divorce. I knew this firm would go to bat for me in what I deserved. Allison McCoy was the paralegal on my case and oh my goodness she is an absolute rockstar. She always responded quickly and efficiently and was so informative through the entire process. She would also follow up and respond to opposing counsel quickly to get answers. I should have hired this firm to begin with and it would not have taken over 2 years to finalize. I am so happy with my results and so happy to have had legal representation that had my side through it all!
