62 years old, 38 years of marriage, being divorced. After 38 years of being married, my wife decided that we were “incompatible”. For the first time in my Life I needed an attorney. David responded to my request immediately. After a conversation on the phone with him it was clear that I felt comfortable with his law firm representing me in the divorce. Mr. Fanning connected me with Jennings Kennedy. She was very professional, yet caring and understanding. In fact, all of the people that I encountered at Milam & Fanning were friendly and exhibited compassion. They got me through a very difficult phase in my life. For that I am very grateful.

I have used this law firm twice now, I used David for my divorce and he was great! It was affordable and he got everything taken care of that I needed. Recently used Jason to handle a citation I recieved and he was able to work with the city attorney and get my charge dismissed. We have also used Jason to take care of a court case for my son. They are great lawyers and keep you informed. Laura always emailed with updates and I was happy that I could reach Jason on his cell phone anytime I had a question. Overall great experience!

If you are looking for amazing representation, stop now. Everyone at this firm including the office staff is amazing! I have hired David twice, one divorce case and one civil. I was treated with the same kindness and compassion both times. I always felt understood and was never treated like just another dollar sign.
