Nobody wants to ever need a lawyer but sometimes you face inevitable situations. We went into this process knowing it was going to be a headache, luckily and fortunately we ended up here; and I CAN NOT stress enough how friendly and helpful everyone was. David worked with us on our case and from the get go he made us feel very comfortable. He is genuine and caring and always made sure we understood every single detail as well as making himself available at all times for any questions. This guys is just amazing and you can tell this is more than just a job for him. He really made us feel like family and made a difficult situation bearable. I really hope people read these reviews because you will find one of the best lawyers in Waco.

From the first phone call this firm impressed me. Laura was so wonderful for the first intake call. We couldn’t believe how professional and yet empathetic she was towards my story. Jason was just as great!! On my first zoom call he really put me at ease. He is clean cut and young but has already been named “Best Young Lawyer in Texas”!! I could quickly see that he had the knowledge, experience, and a true heart for his work and his clients. As a millennial, and a tech need, I was so impressed with the ability to upload any document types to their site very easily and quickly. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and never even had to reach out after the first call. That’s how informed they kept us. My experience with attorneys has been very hit or miss. I feel it was all to my advantage that his online presence stood out to me that day. I was ready to change counsel, and it was a stressful choice to make. I couldn’t be happier with Milam and Fanning!! Jason and Laura only needed a few days to completely turn around my case!!

I was in search of divorce lawyers in Waco and found that Milam & Fanning had great reviews and I have read every review before deciding to go with them. Jennings Kennady, Jason Milam and Boobi Hubbard were great to work with. I was not disappointed with how they have taken care of my case. I definitely recommend them if any of you are looking for a lawyer that will take care of your case. I will be returning if I ever need any other legal help in the future.

The #1 thing I liked most about dealing with Milam and Fanning was how easy it was to access both Jason Milan and Alan Streetman for information and advice regarding the case. I could call or text them any reasonable time or day or on the weekend and usually get a response within an hour to a day. I never felt lost or without guidance. I sought out Jason Milam for my case based on the positive recommendation from friends. Once he understood the charges and got my version of events he quickly made me aware of the best possible approach to the case and the consequences I’d be facing by not taking said approach. After the deal was worked out with the DA, my case was turned over to Alan Streetman who ran me through all of the necessary paperwork and appearances seamlessly and kept me informed throughout the process. Eventually I got a best case resolution for the charge.

Mr. Fanning is the best bulldog in Waco. His entire firm is friendly and understanding. They work together as a team to get the best results possible for your case. His entire firm makes you feel supported and heard, they are truly advocates for you. I highly recommend them :)

Jason Milam is an excellent lawyer and advocate fir family needs. He was such a responsive and understanding person. I felt very comfortable asking any and all questions to which he provided such excellent feedback and guidance. He helped our family through a fairly complicated case but was always so patient and willing to address all of our concerns. Excellent experience!

Jason was by far one of the best lawyers I ever had. Even his assistant she was also great. If he’s ever busy she will help you and go above and beyond for you. I had a different lawyer before Jason and they were offering me jail time . Jason came on my case and when I say he went above and beyond for me even reached out to me to talk to me besides only court to see if everything was actuate. He actually cares about his clients. Jason got the judge to go from offering jail time to getting my whole case dropped. This law firm was amazing. I had the best experience and the best lawyer. I highly recommend Jason .

We hired Jason for my fiancés court case. He was very helpful throughout the whole case. The case took a while but we got through it all as a team.
