I have worked with this firm for two separate cases and in each they have been professional, direct, easy to work with and dogged in getting the results we desired. I have had the pleasure of working with both Jason Milam and Jennings Kennady. Each of them have been fantastic and responsive to our needs. I would recommend each, and this firm in general, for any family law situation you may encounter.

Both the legal expertise and client service from Jason Milam and his team are exceptional. Most importantly, Jason makes sure he is on top of all the facts and the relevant law. In addition, he makes himself easily accessible to his clients, even during nights and weekends. He is always only a text away - much appreciated when questions and issues arise. His staff is equally responsive. Highly recommended.

From the time I first walked into the office of Milam & Fanning I was met with professionalism, kindness and quickly put at ease. After the consultation with David, Jason and Jennings, I knew they were the ones to represent me and walk with me through the process of my divorce. Jennings Kennedy and David Fanning deserve more than 5 stars. My case was frustrating at times but Jennings was always cool, calm and collected. Incredibly professional and willing to explain anything I needed her to. If I had questions or concerns they were handled quickly. The entire team was helpful, professional and quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend!

This firm is just better and different. We have all used a lawyer and felt like they were our first opponent in the case. Two years ago I switched to a real proponent in David Fanning and won my divorce case. As a financial note, I paid more to my previous attorney than to Milam&Fanning to finish and win my case. My sister recommended these folks and I can say she was right. Jennings Kennedy and I would talk often and I always felt prepared.
