Nobody ever wants to face a divorce, especially when children are involved. I was scared and nervous that I wouldn’t find anyone who could really portray my situation. David was just a miracle! He made this ugly process fast and comfortable. He truly represented me well and made me feel heard. What I thought was going to be a long drawn out process was shockingly. He truly cared about me and my little ones. He made the best and got the best for our situation. I can not recommend him enough. When you have to face that unimaginable life situation, you will not regret having him on your side.

David Fanning accomplished so much for my family and I. He went above and beyond every step of the way, along with each of his team members. He was very honest and respectful to my family and our situation, and I can't praise him enough for the amazing outcome. While getting to know David, we got to see first hand how involved he was in the Waco community, and that his heart was in it full force. David has a way to make words powerful and meaningful, and is all around an amazing person that will fight for you like you are his family. I hired David for 2 cases. My case was very complex since my hearing was supposed to be just when covid 19 was hitting Texas. From the moment I met and spoke with David over the phone I felt relief. Something I never felt with any lawyer and I’ve had a few (for my divorce and now a custody battle). David is extremely knowledgeable and gave me amazing advice, I asked for the sun, moon and stars and although any lawyer would be hesitant to make those requests, David did so and with his unbelievable court persona got me everything we asked for. Which included lifting my geographic restriction. The way David crossed examined my ex-husband, I wished I could’ve been jumping up and down and cheering him on.
