My first point of contact was Laura, who is absolutely amazing. She arranged a consultation with David Fanning who immediately made me feel that he would do whatever was needed to ensure I would receive a favorable outcome. During my time of representation Laura and Jennings Kennady were always extremely responsive and helpful with getting me answers and reassuring me we were on the right path along with taking the time to explain certain processes and verbiage in great detail so that I felt confident in the choices that I was making. After a lengthy process of negotiations I did, in fact end up with a settlement that was better than I’d hoped for…and kept my best interests as top priority! I honestly can not recommend this group of caring professionals enough.

I'll be quite frank about my situation. Facing a DWI charge and filing for divorce, Jason Milam and Alan Streetman fought for me in every aspect they could. They were able to get my DWI reduced to a much lesser charge, and my divorce ended fairly even considering the circumstances. Anyone that selects Alan or Jason to represent them in civil or criminal law should have every ounce of confidence in them. You will not be disappointed whatsoever.

I called Milam and Fanning to set up a consult and from the beginning I knew I wanted to hire them. Jennings represented me and she was absolutely amazing! I could not have been more prepared and at ease when going into my hearing. If there was ever any confusion she was quick to reply, knowledgable and very kind. I will start off by saying the entire staff at the Milam and Fanning attorney office was such a pleasure to work with even under circumstances that were not pleasant. David worked intently for us & with us as he guided us through a divorce with our elderly father, which was something we never dreamed would happen at his age. The wisdom and professionalism was greatly appreciated. This group also made you feel extremely comfortable in their office, and we actually enjoyed the time that we spent there. We might actually stop by periodically to just say hi to them in the future.

Alan Streetman was able to help me obtain an occupational drivers' license. He was both professional and approachable, something you don't get a lot of these days. I would recommend this team for any legal need. Alan is down to earth, honest, and professional.
