My family has used David Fanning and the firm on several occasions. The thing that always amazes me is the consistent professional experience that goes until the case is actually finished. I hear and have experienced first hand the nightmare of a firm that starts a case and for really no given reason just bills, bills, bills and cannot finish the job. They leave the case and youre in a worse position than when you started, that is when David, Jason Milam, Jennings Kennady and Laura simply pick up the pieces, set the hearings, do the work and finish the case. It is bad enough to deal with serious family matters, its worse with the wrong professional. They misguided and misrepresented my daughter’s case under Psychiatric Disorder Illness, they never discussed anything about her plea bargain sequences with her or parent. My daughter’s situation became more horrible than before, she is very sick and holding by ICE now. I have been fighting the Good Fight for her innocence and right of Mental Health Disability since 2016.
