I had an issue that was concerning me very much. I found Mr. Reaves on the internet. I called his office and asked to speak with him. His assistant was very nice and put my call thru to him. I explained to him my situation and concerns. After talking to him at length, I felt a lot of relief from my concerns. I offered to compensate him for his time, however: he declined my offer. I found a blog written by Chris Harris on roof damage, it explained my situation right down to the very step. If my property was in Texas or he could practice in Illinois he would be the one I would want on my side. He was kind enough to not only speak to us on the phone but also answered a few emails after that. Its a shame I can't find someone like him that can help me with my roof claim in Illinois because its looking as if I might have to file my own lawsuit or face foreclosure. If you have any claims with your homeowners and you are in Texas I highly recommend you give him a call.
