Robert Cotner was great taking care of this unfortunate situation. He was very informative and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. He did exactly what he said he would. His assistant Tracy Floyd was understanding of what we were dealing with. Tracy was also always available for us whenever there was a question or a concern. She was knowledgeable in her job. I will always put my trust in them if I ever need an attorney for any reason. Thanks
