I am not a wealthy man and I didn't think it necessary to have an estate plan. After my wife died, it became apparent that was not the case. I didn't know where to start or what I needed for my estate planning, but after my initial consultation with James Rainey, and by answering a few simple questions, he presented me with a compilation of legal instruments that he recommended I have prepared and filed. In two weeks time frame, all documents were completed and prepared for my sign off, and all were prepared exactly as James laid out for me.
