They could possibly be the best legal council in the state. I wouldn't know. Why? NO RETURN CALL, ON-LINE CONTACT INQUIRY, OR TEXT! Friday, March 1, 2024 - Called their office. Debriefed the receptionist. I was told that Nicole would call me back in the afternoon. Never happened, but things come up. Called on Saturday just to leave a VM, politely asking with emphasis for my call to be returned on Monday. Legal matters can often be pressing, and I need to know whether to look elsewhere. Not too much to ask. No return call on Monday. Monday afternoon, I fill out the on-line contact form, AND email the website listed receptionist email. Nothing. Re-sent the same email the next day. It is a SERIOUS no-brainer that word of mouth is a POWERFUL tool regardless of whether you are selling snow cones, homes, or legal council. I can afford your service. I can afford your retainer (if necessary), and my need is simplistic. Baffled as to how ANYONE can justify zero reply. Best of luck to those trying to utilize their representation.
