The office personnel were professional but compassionate of my situation. The took the time to hear me out. They were always available, throughout the day. If i left a message to call back, the call was always responded to, in a timely manner. They kept me posted as to the progress of my case.
I have used Vick Feszell's office in the past and would use them again. I will highly recommend using them to anyone

The law office of Vic Feazell handled my injury case and I’m Very happy with the results. Even tho we are going through the covid mess they were able to handle everything via email, txts and phone calls. I only had to go to the office to pick up the check.

I received a withdrawal letter today from the office saying that they will not be able to go forward with my claim in which they have been working on for seven months and was close to resolving it. I put my trust in them to complete my case, not to mention the FACT that I didn’t pursue them, they pursed me. Very interesting I must say. They are not trustworthy nor are they easy to talk to or get along with. Never have I met attorneys that were so aggressive, rude, and very deceitful
