I had left a slightly less flattering review, and I was getting fairly frustrated at the process of dealing with my brother’s estate. The owner called almost immediately after I had gone to the office to try to speak to my attorney or her paralegal and gave me a detailed explanation of the status of my case. He stayed on the phone until all my questions were answered, and while I didn’t like all the answers I am now aware that it isn’t due to the lack of effort by this office. Other than a hiccup in communication I am very satisfied with this office’s efforts in getting a resolution to my case. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Outstanding, professional service. John Hale was very knowledgeable and really listened and understood our needs. The result was the perfect estate package for our needs. In our signing meeting, Cathe did an outstanding job of explaining the forms we were signing and answering all our questions! A very positive and stress free experience! Highly recommend this firm!

Great experience updating my estate plan.

Excellent service in a very timely manner. I got all my affairs in order and was very easy.

We have been with the Hale Law Firm for more than a decade. Our association began with the restructuring of our Wills once our children had families of their own. Then later revisions due to my husband's diagnosis of ALS during which Hale Law Firm came to us rather than having us come to them even though we were now more than 60 miles from their office. Most recently they have assisted me after the death of my husband. Hale Law Firm have always been caring, efficient and understanding of our circumstances offering help and solutions so that what we needed could be completed in timely manners. Bonus, their office is an authentically refurbished Victorian home built in 1885, really beautiful. Effective law services wrapped in amazing eye candy!

My experience with John Hale at the Law Firm was very positive. The entire staff is helpful & professional. They walked me through the entire process, explained things I didn't quite understand and were readily available to answer my questions. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with their services. Hale Law Firm provided excellent service. It was easy to get an appointment. John explained everything completely and answered all our questions and offered advice on how we could accomplish our wishes with our Estate Planning.
