We contacted Hale Law Firm about a QIT for my mother who has Alzheimer’s and resides in a long term care facility. After reviewing our information, they determined that we did not need the QIT after all and did not charge us for the time spent reviewing our information. The staff are very kind, responsive and professional. Would highly recommend this firm for any elder law issues.

Since 2019 I have had the pleasure of working with “The Hale Law Firm” interacting with Mr. John Hale and his excellent staff on various initiatives relating to our Family Trust Documents, including a Durable Power of Attorney for both my wife and myself, ensuring a life estate for our property and Long Term Care Planning for my wife. John Hale has gone above and beyond for me on several issues concerning my deceased wife's will. I did not realize that just because you and you loved one have a will that leaves all your belongings to the each other ( the normal way that we all do for each other) doesn't end there. You have to jump through hoops to get it actually carried out. Texas law is a bone crusher when it comes down to it. John saved me literally thousands of dollars that the state would have stolen from me by the letter of the law. Don't go to alone. Put John Hale as captain of your team. You won't regret it.

Receptionist is very rude and talks over you! They did not return my call and Medicaide called in a complaint so this receptionist calls me back and makes demands to have a consultation so I can cut them a check. While I am trying to talk, she just keeps talking....finally hung up on her!
