Good law firm

Extremely helpful with my questions. I would highly recommend this law firm. I now have a clear path forward for my sister's 401k accounts with respect to Medicare and medicate.

What an amazing experience! I called to make an appointment and had several questions related to Medicare/Medicaid. A wonderful woman named Alysha was not only able to answer every question I had, she actively did research with me while I was on the phone with her to help me find the answers I needed, and helped guide me to my next steps on my quest without me needing to come into the office. She gladly spent almost an hour with me over two separate calls, not only giving me sound advice, but kindness and understanding to boot. She made me feel like my situation was important, she was patient with me when I asked her to reiterate her answers, and she was so full of good energy and has the most tender demeanor of *anyone* I have ever encountered during my exposure to law offices. I spoke with a state program between our phone calls, and when I made my second phone call to Alysha, she was quick to lift me from low spirits with her kind words, telling me not to give up or be dismayed. I am beyond blown away by how wonderfully she treated me, and how much time she was willing to give to a perfect stranger who’s trying to help progress their loved one to a better situation. I am most definitely using this law firm for all of my future legal needs, both real estate and elder related. If you’re looking for a firm that will take the time to listen, take the time to give you their best advice instead of brushing you off, and make you feel like your unique situation is one of one instead of one of hundreds, this is the place for you. Give them a call, they will help however they can! Highly highly recommend!!!

Update: Mr. Hale called me personally to come up with a solution. I really appreciate that alot. He has proven that good customer service still exist. I am going to have to agree with Sherri when it comes to Cathy and Estate Planning, there is a bit of rudeness delivered with this process. So no she is not the friendliest person you could ever meet. I would of told you personally Mr. Hale but I was told I would have to go through Cathy and we see how that is working out.
