not sure if this man fell off from the great reviews he got 2 years ago.. but in my experience this man does not communicate with his clients or answer any of his phone calls (I’ve called multiple times different days). You can’t even leave a voicemail because it’s full of messages he hasn’t even listened to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER. I hope this review helps anyone who was even considering this law firm.

Mr. Heffernon was very responsive, truthful and caring of my situation. He never lied or sugar coated anything and showed empathy to me when I was incarcerated. He even got me into court quicker than expected and home to my family for the holidays. I recommend him highly.
