I wanted a knowledgeable yet personable attorney that would advise me and guide me with protecting my kiddos in the event my hubby and I are not around. Found that in Kaitlin and what’s more- she doesn’t do that pretentious ‘lawyer speak’.

Mr. Hardesty and his office personnel were very respectful, helpful and caring during a very emotionally difficult and trying time. He even came to speak to our family when he saw us waiting for out time in court even though he couldn't take on our case due to prior commitments.

I moved to TX from another state, and Tim Hardesty made the necessary changes regarding my living trust concerning property changes, etc. I appreciate him for giving me peace of mind when he answered all my questions and completed the document in a timely manner.
