I was disappointed with the lack of follow up and communication from Jennifer Graf. It got so bad that I ended up terminating my relationship and finding another firm to take over my case. Come to find out that the person that referred me to this firm has also terminated his relationship. Be careful doing business with this firm.

Our adoption was final October 2020. We were extremely happy at first, thinking all was well… however it has been a nightmare trying to get our child’s birth certificate. May 2022 We still have yet to receive our child’s birth certificate even though we paid this firm to COMPLETE the adoption. I just received the denied paperwork in the mail, and Emily is really no help in finishing what she started. Even though the paperwork was denied due to an error on the firm’s part, it will still be up to me to correct this error. I understand this firm is busy handling other cases, but this is an important matter to a previous client who has already paid in full. I guess her true character came out. Our family will try to finish the paperwork ourselves or hire another firm so we can FINALLY get a birth certificate that was promised 2 years ago. Very disappointed in the follow through and lack of communication from the entire staff at this firm, especially Emily Hindman.

Some people practice only for money, self-seeking desires over justice. Beware of who you give your money to.

Dan Gus is an excellent individual and has a great Law practice.
