Incompetent

James E. Polk is a crook! He took my deposit, never honored my very specific requests as a client, neglected my legal matter & then simply stop responding! Based on dealing with him, he only concern is his personal greed & lust for money while he clearly doesn't care for his clients' best interest. I would not recommend James E. Polk to my worst enemy, he is a terrible & very incompetent lawyer!!

Good lawyer but vety pricey and he can be very slow, not sure why. A good family man tho and he's not a crook.

DO NOT USE, HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF PROBATE COURT. LOST GUARDIANSHIP AND SPENT LOTS OF MONEY BECAUSE OF HIS INCOMPETENCE AND NO KNOWLEDGE OF PROBATE, GUARDIANSHIP OR LAWS REGARDING ANY OF THESE. WAS SO EMBARRASSED IN COURT AND LAUGHED AT BY OTHER ATTORNEYS BECAUSE OF HIS INCOMPETENCE. LATER FOUND OUT HE WAS REMOVED FROM 2 POSITIONS ON BOARDS REGARDING TEXAS ATTORNEY GROUPS FOR INCONSISTENCIES AND INCOMPETENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! LOST MONEY, CASE AND TIME.
