Michael Crawford represented me in a felony case where I was looking at 2 to 10 years in the penitentiary. At the second appearance, Mr. Crawford negotiated a plea bargain with the DA for just five years probation and a deferred sentence. Everyone I’ve talked to, including the probation department, says that this agreement is unheard of as I have quite a long record and the county hands down harsh penalties for this kind of crime. I have health issues and would have probably died in prison, my young son would have been placed in foster care and been left to live his life without any family. I graduated from the RN Nursing Program in May 2012. 3 days later I received a DWI with a .122 and .120 breath test in Navarro County. I hired Michael and he kept me calm and confident. I was unable to begin practicing nursing with my DWI. Michael led us to trial, picked a jury along with two of his paralegals taking notes and advising. We began trial.
