She was my first attorney ever. Had her for 3+ years on a probate and it was a rough experience. I dropped a check off to her office, there maybe 3 minutes, and was billed $68 for "stopping by". Charges 15min for 3min phone call. I don't believe there was any communication I wasn't billed for. She refused to release my files and funds to me after she was fired because she made an agreement with the opposing party behind my back. Had to hire another attorney to get my files and funds from her. I have had more 1 on 1 communication with my current attorney in two weeks than I had with her in almost 4 years. I didn't know how bad she was until I got new representation. Now I see the light. Consulted 4-5 attorneys before firing her and across the board they all said her actions and conduct were unacceptable at best and malpractice at worst. Learn from my mistake people. You want an attorney you can trust? Save yourself a lot of money and headache and Look elsewhere.

I fired her after 4 months of stagnation, and after hiring a new attorney I can say that her communication is near non existent. I've had more 1 on 1 in two weeks with my new attorney than almost 4 years of dealing with her. After her termination she refused to release documents and funds to me because she made an agreement with the opposition. I had to get my new attorney to obtain my files. I spoke with 5 attorneys for council before firing her and everyone of them said she is bordering on malpractice if not across the line. Learn from my mistake. Save yourself a lot of money and headache and find a different attorney.

Lacy is awesome! Lol. She represented me and was smart, fair, hard working, cared about clients, didn't gouge for money!

Lacy has been working on my custody case which isn't quite over yet...but so far she has put forth her expertise and attention to this case and it's been in our favor so far. She definitely knows what she's doing! I would recommend her to anyone needing legal help.
