Decided I needed to hire an attorney, after a local healthcare provider served me with A lawsuit after non-payment for services. Having health care insurance and never going without lapse in coverage was a little blindsided by this. Wendi Andino was a great advocate in my case, she was able to proof negligence on the behalf of the healthcare provider and not billing my insurance in the required time therefore causing The claim to be rejected.
