As someone who has handled first party cases I would highly recommend this firm. I was aptly represented by Michael Jack. His team including Paul Holroyd were professional and kept me abreast of the case as the case developed. The defendants regarded my case as a "No pay" case in the end Mr. Jack was able to get enough for me to repair my roof and a little extra for the fact that my homeowners Insurance took a year to take my claim seriously.

Getting your homeowner insurance company to do the right thing is not easy, it takes time and a lot of effort. With that being said, having the right representation is extremely important and I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to the people at the Chad T. Wilson Law Firm and especially my Attorney Amanda Fulton. She is very professional, intelligent, and knowledgeable of what it takes to get an insurance company to do the right thing for their customers. My Insurance company says "Your in Good Hands", but when it comes down to actually following through, their slogan did not match their actions. Amanda and her firm were the real good hands people and from the very beginning they kept me informed and confident in their abilities and judgment. My case has settled and now I will have the funds to replace my roof, just as Amanda said from the beginning. If you have property damage and have been told by a contractor that you should file an insurance claim, do not take the word of your insurance company that there is little to nothing your insurance will cover. The firm and Michael Jack represented us in a roof claim against Farmers. They handled the case quickly and professionally with good results. One letter to Farmers and a couple of phone calls and the case was settled. The settlement was about $800 less than what we needed to complete the job but much better than what we would have without their representation.

My experience was like working with family. There were times when I was nervous about my case and my nerves were calmed with phone calls and an explanation that felt like someone was wrapping their arms around me.
