The first conversation I had with this firm made it sound I would be awarded far more money then what it ended up being. After switching lawyers, without them telling me, I had to reach out to them to get an update, that's when I found out my initial lawyer wasn't there anymore. Ended up getting about a quarter of the settlement in my actual pocket.
