From the time of referral this firm has been amazing. Communication is very important to me and this firm gets a 10 in !!!! Amanda F. handled my case and she was great. She made sure I understood every step she took to negotiate what I deserve. She and the team that worked with her made it easy to ask questions without feeling like I was in a hot seat. I was represented by the company in a suit for water damage. Things didn't go so well initially, but later, when Amanda Fulton was assigned, that changed. Because of her efforts, I'm now able to get new plumbing. I hope that the company recognizes that they have a rock star.

I initially had a decent experience with a gentleman named Christopher. He was caring and helpful. I sent over the documents I had. After not having heard from him I called the office. I was transferred to Karen. Karen was hateful and condescending. After I told her I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me she asked if I needed anything else. I got the rest of the Information and said thank you, she hung up on me. This morning she sent me an email stating my case wasn't a right fit. This is before I could submit any documents they said they needed. Karen is nasty and bitter. She thinks she's an attorney. If you like being treated poorly this is the law firm to go to. It's unfortunate I had this experience. Karen is a fitting name for her.

Attorney Amanda Fulton put untiring effort to resolve our roof case and was able to bring it closure successfully. She is extremely diligent and brought in the experts from the industry to defend our case. Insurance company lawyer was quite difficult and unreasonable but Amanda remain steadfast till the end.
