Straight shooter and truly about helping you and your family. I came to Rob basis a recommendation and I wish I had hired him from the start. Keep fighting the good fight!

I have had the privilege of having Robert as an attorney in my child custody case which carried on for over 2 years. Robert is trustworthy, honest and a devout Chrisitan. Truly one of a kind. During this long ordeal Robert never gave up nor did he allow the opposing lawyer to bully him. He stood his ground got the right people involved to win my case which granted me custody of my daughter. I also would like to comment on his staff. Through out this long battle Robert's staff made sure my paperwork work was correct and I was setup for success when I entered the courts. I have never encountered an attorney or there staff who are like Roberts.They are fabulous team and I’m so grateful to have them on my side.

I was considered his friend when he said he could help me as my divorce attorney. Boy did he lie and totally mess me over. The first time I took him as my attorney my husband and I reconciled and did not go through with anything. Yet Rob and his office at that time took my retainer of 5k. When I said no divorce all within a month or so they had spent my retainer and still wanted more money. I showed Rob who told me they are crooks. Write them and tell them you will not pay as they did nothing and you will put a nasty review online if they keep asking. I’m truly not the type to write reviews until now. Second time I hired Rob thinking he was honest right? Well I paid him my retainer and did go through with the divorce. My ex never showed up to court so Rob was upset he had no case to rack up his money on and did nothing but make me call to ask all questions. Never went over what he would charge and we went to court 2 times. The first day to file divorce and 2nd time to have decree signed. I was assured that the IRS bill, the credit cards, the car payments, child support, child insurance, medical bills, and more would be required for my ex to to take care of and it would not my responsibility anymore since he put it on decree. I was assured that all the things in the decree would be followed since a judge signed off on it. None of that was true. After the divorce I could have had anything at all in the decree and was assured it was but not true. I’ve almost lost everything because that was a lie and my ex just had to move away with parents not get a job nor pay a thing. The IRS enlightened me that just because it’s on a divorce decree doesn’t take my responsibilities away. Not on anything we had together before divorce. IRS seized my accounts, he never got kids insurance, never paid one red cent and I was left with everything while my ex had taken all the retirement accounts and Rob did not even try to get me this money back. Now Rob keeps asking me for more money saying my retainer did not suffice. Well I have no more money. About to go upside down on everything and he still asks for more money when he did absolutely nothing for me. I told him that I would do what he told me to do on the first attorney he worked for if he kept asking. That he was to get it from my ex like he said he would but nope. Still has harassing me for money I don’t have and my kids and I have been through the ringer. But my ex sits high and mighty with nothing at all happening to him and no one went after him for money. I didn’t even have the money to go to another attorney to go after my ex because of what Rob did to me. I would never write these things if he would have just stopped asking for money he did not deserve and he hasn’t.

I highly recommend Mr. Musemeche and his law office. I consulted three Lawyers prior to hiring Mr. Musemeche to represent me in my divorce case (which included children/custody). He is confident and assertive, positive but realistic, creative and well versed with the law and the options therein. I was pleased with the entire process; he was diligent to get the documents correct, with enforceable language, and in a timely manner. He helped avoid unnecessary steps, creating a clear-cut plan we agreed on together (he listened well to my desires and did not try to change my mind). Additionally he was quite close in the overall estimate of the start-to-finish cost (granted this can change depending on the case). I was also pleased with the less-than 4-month start-to-finish process. His team was very responsive and attentive to all of my questions, emails, phone calls and helped me though every step of the already difficult process with compassion. I would use Mr. Musemeche in the future if needed and would recommend his services to any friend or family.

Robert was very helpful and attentive during my consultation with him, he answered all my questions in the best way he could and I had a good experience at this place. I had a very good impression of the entire staff, so I’m giving it a 5 star.

Robert Musemeche was exactly what I was looking for when needing a lawyer for my recent divorce. Not ever having needed a lawyer before, I was a bit nervous in finding one. From the first consultation Rob and his staff guided me through every step of the process. I always felt very comfortable and taken care of the entire time. In our society, we are taught that lawyers are liars and are not to be trusted. Sadly, after my horrible experience with Mr. Musemeche, I now understand why. He was unprofessional and not a man of his word. I could write pages here, but anyone can PM me for details of my experience. I can only say I would NEVER use his services again, nor would I recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional attorney.

Beware! We signed a contract (and fees where paid) and she never did anything, it’s been over 3 years. I make calls, send emails, letters with no response. She just took my money and never worked on my case or contacts me back

Rob was very helpful with an issue we had with the funeral home in the passing of my brother in law. If it wasn't for Rob my husband and my self would not have known what to do in the time of need. Rob was very compassionate and went above and beyond and we are very thankful. If you are looking for a good attorney Rob is the right person.
