I recently had the privilege of being represented in a private family law matter by Mr. Musemeche. I found him from a google search and decided to schedule a consultation based on the great reviews on google. I met Mr. Musemeche at our consultation and immediately knew I wanted him to represent me. He is one of the most honest, trustworthy, dedicated and hard working lawyers I have ever met. On top of his already hectic schedule he immersed himself in my case, as if he didn’t have a handful of other important cases to worry about. It was one of the most stressful times in my life and he was able to put my worries at ease and fought for me, not like his client, but as a friend would help another in a desperate time of need. I will forever be greatly for Mr. Musemeche and I would highly recommend him to ANYONE that is seeking a person that will give their all to fight for you. I was referred to Beth Klein by a family member who had a decent experience with her. Unfortunately, I was not allowed the same experience. I was not kept informed of what was happening in my case, I was pressured and, at times, bullied by Beth into accepting terms for custody that were not in the best interest of my child. She also bills for every single communication that is provided, from a simple email asking for a status of the case (which they refuse to communicate on their own) to asking why a portion of the custody papers signed by the judge is NOT what was agreed to in mediation. Now that everything is said and done, I have emailed her and her assistants on multiple occasions asking for the papers to be fixed (since the final degree may not deviate from a mediated agreement by law) and I have not received a response. Avoid Beth Klein at all costs. She is not worth your time or your money.

Rob is very easy to work with. He helped keep me calm during my divorce process and assured me everything would be alright. I felt as his billing was efficient and that for what he did in 2 months for me, the price was perfect. He was hired by myself after firing my first lawyer and took on a case after a year of nothing happening to it with my previous lawyer and finished it within 2 months. He also got me everything I asked for in my case including child custody and all. His assistant Kenda, is an amazing woman. I just about panicked 5 days a week and she would calm me down. If I ever had to hire an atty again, I would hire Rob and I will forever Recommend him to anyone in need. He is one of the top 10 best lawyers in 2018 in Texas and I can see why. Never met an attorney in my life as nice as Mr. Mesumeche. He has this God-given gift of listening and understanding his clients as humans first and then get to the legal advise. He does not treat people as “one more retainer ($$$)”. Rather his approach is more of a counselor at a personal level to find a solution for your issue.
