If you plan to get divorced, you better get good representation. My wife at the time and I had separated, and she had moved to Galveston County with my minor children. I had no idea about divorce proceedings or lawyers in Galveston County and was poorly served by the one I originally selected. Later, more things were discovered, and I needed to revisit the divorce. This time I found Robert Musemeche and I wish I had found him from the beginning. He was an outstanding counselor and advocate for me as I reopened the divorce and went through mediation and subsequent challenges to the mediated resolution. He was always a professional and I never felt he was charging me for frivolous or unnecessary work. He helped me achieve the best possible outcome that took a long time, and I am thankful for that. He seemed to be very familiar with the local courts system, judges, and attorneys practicing in the county. I personally recommend Robert Musemeche as a divorce lawyer and I'm sure he would be excellent for any family law problem you may face.

Rob Musemeche was excellent. If you are a Father who wants nothing more then to be there for your kids and not get ran over by the “traditional” treatment men get in Texas, you can bet your bottom dollar Rob Musemeche will go to bat for you. He got me everything I wanted/deserved and had the other side pay for it. 10/10 recommend. I was recommended to Rob by a friend in the legal field. She remembered him and thought he was worth checking out. I had a messy divorce decree, an expiring protective order and a need for peace. I needed a lawyer to help me modify my decree, to set things right for my kids and protect myself as well. I approached other attorneys at the same I approached him and felt discouraged. It took me 6 months to gather the guts to move forward on pursuing a modification. Rob and his wonderful paralegal Greta did everything I needed and more. Every question I asked was answered in a way I could understand, every concern I brought up was addressed. Today I was notified my modification was resolved and I can move forward with my life. Please ignore the negative reviews. Beth Klein is amazing, and you won't get better services elsewhere. Beth took the time to explain the process of modifying my previous order. She also explained the pros and cons. She did an amazing job painting the bigger picture and helped me focus on areas that were most important to me. To say that I never felt like I was bothering Beth with "silly" questions during mediation is an understatement.
