I hired Ben to represent me in my divorce and he more than delivered. Not only did he get my case closed near my "best case scenario", he also helped me personally get through the stresses that are inherently part of this process with his patience in answering my plethora of questions and quick responses when challenging situations arose. I initially reached out to Ben after looking through his website, specifically his "My Philosophy" page. I wanted someone who was honest and right to the point, and after meeting Ben the first time I knew he was that person and was exactly who I wanted on my side in this process. From dealing with difficult opposing counsel to being a sanity check for me when my ex was being less than kind, Ben was there to help every step of the way. I have to say I hope I never need him to represent me in a divorce again, but if you are reading this and looking for someone to help you get through one of the hardest processes of your life, I would recommend Ben any day.

I hired Mr. Carrasco to represent me in my divorce. During our initial meeting I explained my marriage situation to which he intently listened and showed genuine concern.I also discussed with him my expectations which were an attorney that is accessible and dedicated to me and my case. Tough. Passionate. Blunt. Dedicated. If you want an attorney who is not intimidated by opposing council, Ben is the right guy. My wife’s ex husband is a bully, and thought he could be condescending to her and Ben during deposition, and boy was he mistaken. Ben caught him in so many contradictions, and ultimately made him look like the fraud he is. Ben communicated with the Guardian Ad Litem all along he way, and kept us constantly in the loop with what was going on. He was so effective in the first emergency hearing, that after deposition before the trial, the case was settled and my wife walked away with so much more than she initially sought going in. In our particular case, her ex had to cover a significant portion of legal fees. Don’t get fooled that major partners in major law firms are “better” because of the title. Ben Carrasco is the real deal. 100% comfortable recommending him to anyone needing a reliable, tough advocate.
