Seamless Process. Ashley is dialed and set up a great LLC for the company with tremendous insight into vesting schedules, partner dilution overtime and the small intricacies of a restaurant group looking to expand.

Ben represented one member of my family in family law matter. I observed him on zoom call during deposition of other side. He was aggressive in his approach and exposed multiple inconsistencies in opposite side's testimony.

I found Ben, after several consultations with other family law attorneys. I finally got his help to represent me because of his direct and blunt answers. He did not give ambiguous answers. He is responsive and does not give vague responses which many other attorneys do so they can rack up more fees. He is quite clear and if there is something he does not know, he says so. Which I really do appreciate so we can look up the necessary details afterwards. In family law, I also found other lawyers who pander to clients emotions and play on them. Ben was far from that and it is a relief to know that he will do what is necessary and to your best interests. Im glad I found him and he is my first choice if I am asked for a referral.

Ben C is extremely knowledgeable. He is a straight shooter and gives very good advice. he has a lot of experience and knows many things and takes his time explaining them, returns calls and emails quickly. He is a great choice to defend your case no matter how difficult it is.
