Best Call I have ever had with a lawyer period!! I called Phillip Silberman Law firm for a consultation on a lien issue I was dealing with. Left a message and was promised a call back, which actually happened. In it of itself, that return call scored many many points in my book, kudos to Philip. Phillip could have very easily accepted my case and earned a good deal of money. Instead he QUICKLY grasped a clear understanding of my situation, helped me see my glass a little differently and suggested I take a stab at negotiating myself. I took his advise, successfully resolved the issue, essentially saving me 5k plus whatever his fees would have been had he been like almost every other lawyer I have ever dealt with and just seen dollar signs from another client. Thank you Phillip for the advise and being a genuine decent person! I will recommend you to everyone!!

I consulted a handful of attorneys before moving forward with Mr. Carrasco. Based on what I had learned in those consults I knew I needed counsel that was confident in complex issues. I didn’t want someone to hold my hand, I needed someone to represent my best interest and that of my children aggressively and who wasn’t afraid of trial if it came to that. Mr. Carrasco actively kept me in the loop with anything related to my case, answered all of my many questions promptly and sometimes on the occasional weekend (accessibility was super important to me). I would whole-heartedly recommend Ben, his expertise got me through an extremely difficult situation and his dedication to the end result I wanted was unwavering.

Ben agreed to take my case when I was under much duress. He replied to my questions and emails in a timely manner, answered my calls when necessary, and provided me with the expert and calming legal advice that I needed. My divorce has been bar none the most difficult phase in my entire life. Ben guided me through each part with the patience I required and occasionally with the aggressiveness that was called for. He writes client documents with a thoroughness I was unaccustomed to and goes into each hearing prepared to WIN. I could not have asked for better representation.

Ben Carrasco does not have the experience to take on complex divorce cases especially with children involved. His preparation was terribly inadequate with an inability to gather and assimilate evidence that should have protected his client. My divorce case was so disorganized and inadequately prepared (whether Ben has too much on his plate?) The Decree itself is so poorly written with a "cut & paste" hastily thrown together set of outdated provisions that I am now having to re litigate the intention and meaning of many of the decree requirements. Ben also failed to capture key evidence to protect my separate property and between this mistake and his fees, cost me well over $125,000 of hard earned retirement assets (down the drain.) Ben appeared nervous and intimidated in most of our hearings and the opposing counsel simply ran all over Ben. Would not recommend him for complex family cases.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now. The truth is that every time I come to write it, I don’t even know where to start! It’s been a long journey and Ben has done so much for my family. I am one of Ben’s longest clients and can tell you why you should hire him for any family matter. Back in 2016, I interviewed several lawyers before Ben regarding an immediate need for representation for my high-conflict separation. I was initially impressed by the videos on Ben’s website. I was also impressed by his Stanford Law education, what others had to say about him, and by his obvious passion for what he does. I ultimately decided on Ben after speaking with him. He told me what I needed to hear regarding potential outcomes of my case, and not just what I wanted to hear in order to get my money. From the beginning, Ben was responsive and ready to go. He responded to my initial inquiry on a weekend and had a TRO (temporary restraining order) signed by a judge within days. It was always this way - Ben gets things done when they need to be done and, as a client, I never felt like I didn’t come first. Just ask him about the time he answered my calls and questions from a hospital bed when he was sick - I’m not kidding! My case was sensitive and complex - involving many hearings, expert witnesses, psych evaluations, a guardian ad litem appointment, CPS, a child therapist, etc. You name it, Ben took care of it for me. He never shied away from these complexities. As an attorney who will fight aggressively when need be, Ben thrived in these situations and always fought for my best interest when dealing with the many entities at hand. He is aggressive but not dirty - this will save you time, money, and sanity, while also protecting your best interest. I could tell Ben had credibility with the judge. He was praised and clearly well-respected. He outclassed opposing counsel, won many key hearings, and his courtroom performance is unparalleled. Billing was always fair and transparent. He was extremely efficient and I know this saved me money. I want to mention that in this business, you get what you pay for. I don’t think I’ve ever been so glad to give my money to someone! Cutting corners and hiring inexperienced or undervalued counsel shows. Save yourself and hire Ben. The results he provides are priceless. In the end, the father’s rights were terminated and my husband is now in the process of adopting my daughter. This is not, nor should hardly ever need to be, the outcome most parents desire - Ben will tell you this himself as he is a very reasonable man - but it was necessary for us. Throughout this process, I learned that termination is next to impossible, but by the grace of God and a lot of hard work, Ben accomplished just that! Ben is a great man and a phenomenal attorney. He cares about what he does and is the best you’re going to find, with the client testimonials to prove it. For any family matter, do yourself a favor and hire Ben.

This note to give my honest feedback to Ben Carrasco who represented & guided me through my divorce. Ben you are the most proactive and accessible attorney I have worked with throughout my 30+ years career and my personal life. There was not 1 time when it took you more than 12 hrs to respond to any of my correspondence. This was very much appreciated especially in time when the whole journey is unknown (for me at least). Divorce is never easy, and mine was particularly nasty. I can unequivocally say that hiring Ben was the best decision I made throughout the process. Ben is an extremely intelligent, honest, and efficient attorney. He takes the time to explain everything, and his response time to emails and phone calls is absolutely stellar. I don't want to set expectations high- but in my case it seemed like he never took a weekend off. Ben is brilliant in court. He made effective arguments on my behalf that I believe lead to a better than expected outcome for me. He even took the court granted lunch hour to do research to help bolster our case instead of grabbing a well deserved bite! Unlike some lawyers, Ben is not court averse. His practice also has a very lean and efficient billing system that does not look to find ways to inflate fees. You pay for the work he does, and it is well worth it! I cannot recommend Ben enough. His rare combination of brilliance and personal integrity make him a pleasure to work with. If you find yourself in the position of needing a divorce attorney, you can't go wrong with Ben.

I can not thank Ben enough for assisting me and my family in a very difficult divorce right before the holidays. After realizing my previous attorney was just too busy with other clients or on vacation to assist me in a timely manner, I hired Ben. Not only did he listen to my needs and concerns, I felt he had my back 100%. He demonstrated this by rolling up his sleeves and jumped in negotiating a settlement. He knocked out the decree within days once we agreed on terms. My divorce came to an end swiftly without going to trial.
